1992 GMC Sierra brakes

My front brakes are hanging up and retracting slowly.I have replaced the rotors,calipers,wheel bearings,and mastercylinder.Could it be my booster?

Try this test. Pump them up so they are sticking and break the bleeder valve open. If there is pressure that releases and the caliper then releases, replace the rubber brake hoses to the caliper.
