1991 GMC Sierra 700r trans

I have a GM replacement 700r Transmission that has approx. 30,000 miles. It suddenly quit shifiting into drive or overdrive. It shifts from first to second if you place the selector in #2 . Only has first and second gear. Nothing in 3 or D.
