1987 GMC Sierra V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my truck will not start. ive changed the componets of the distributor and the coil. it was spraying gas but now is not and it was getting fire out of the coil but now is not. what do i do?

Test the ignition switch if okay bring the computer and have it tested.
