1997 GMC Savana High speed doesn't word

Air Conditioning problem
1997 GMC Savana V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Have seen this before, but forget the answer... my AC only works on low, low med, med speeds. Does not work on high speed. And how do I get into the dash switch if that is the problem?

Any help is appreciated... Ken
