1997 GMC Savana Air conditioning compressor

How do I replace air conitioning compressor? Obviously it is located right at the top of the engine and easy to remove, but what should I do that I unique? Release the freon? etc.

System is under pressure i cant recommend anybody other than an authorized/trained professional to evacuate the system. Once empty, the compressor needs to be drained of oil so the correct amount can be put back in the new comp and then the system needs to be vacuumed down to remove any contaminents and or moisture from the system
