loud noise coming from front left wheel area like a turbo engine brakes vibrate when pushed, steering left or right makes noise louder what is cause

Your brakes may possibly be grinding. It may be metal on metal contact at this point.

I would definitely get your brakes checked as soon as possible at this point. If you opt to drive it to a repair facility, please drive very carefully.
