Engine Mechanical problem
1999 GMC Safari 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Driving down the road, started to run bad like it wants to die. Got it home checked the oil water in oil. Took engine apart to check for blown head gasket no sign. Van did not heat up while driving home. Heads look good no sign of water, rust. The block looks good also no sign of water residue. Besides blown head gasket, cracked block, cracked heads what else could cause water in oil?
