1999 GMC Safari extremely high idle

My Gmc safari has recently taken a dip in a water filled ditch and after changing all the fliuds, plugs and wires and the converter it still wants to idle at 2500 RPM , the code scanner reads cylinder # 2 mis fire but the motor sounds good

That P0302 could be caused by a stuck injector. Cuasing too much fuel to that cylinder, and maybe the high idle, unplug that injector and see if it idles lower. If yes replace the injector. Get a noid light and test the injector harness for any short, it could be holding contant power instead of pulsing.
