WHILE MY CAR IS PARKED IT IDLE TOO HIGH.

Try cleaning the throttle body and idle air control valve with throttle body cleaner and a tooth brush. If that doesn't help try listening for a vacuum leak. May have to smoke test if small vacuum leak.
