I have power at the fuel pump replaced pump with a new one and the pump is not running?Ieven took the pump out and hooked it directly to the battery and no whining?

Was new pump grounded at the time you hooked to batt? if so faulty pump. Have you tried old pump?
May have ground issue at pump.

Yes it was a grounding issue I replaced the fuel pump connector and cleaned all the grounding connections and check the resistance of all the wires.checked the old pump also no good.

Yes it is running.I got up Saturday morning and fixed it but the fuel gauge isn't working will have to take a look at it some more.thanks

Guage wire in that terminal if need color code let me know
