1998 GMC Safari fuel problem

Engine Mechanical problem
1998 GMC Safari 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

Replaced fuel pump, filter and relay. get gas to the pressure valve but van doesnt start. Will start if you dump a little gas in throttle body but quits when gas is burned off buy the engine. Would that be a fuel regulator problem or is there more a person sould check out?

Welcome to the forum. I saw what you replaced, but, there is no way around it, I'd have to use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. Also, use a noid lite and check for injector pulse. With a spider fuel system, sometimes the fuel poppets need cleaning.
