1998 GMC Safari crank shaft censor

i have the machine and the code is saying the crank shaft sensor is intermitent, what does it mean? i changed the crank shaft sensor and it still does the code still reads the same.

When you change the crank sensor you should have a crank relearn proceedure done to the computer at a dealer. Your problem sounds like the wires leading to the sensor may be loose or starting to fail. Trace them back and look for any problems.
