i replaced an intake manifold gasket that was leaking coolant. everything seemed to go textbook until after about 10 minutes of driving it. my oil pressure dropped from 60lbs to 30-40lbs and began to have a knock at about 2500 rpms

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge,If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearings.
