How do I adjust the Steering Box for I have some play in it?

On the top you should see a lock nut and the slot in the sector shaft. Loosen the nut and turn the screw! Not too much, if you overdo it, you can actually saw the sector shaft in two while driving! At this point ALL steering control is lost! You should adjust it then use a torque wrench on the steering wheel nut, the force to turn with this setup is about 100 ft lbs...disconnect the neg battery cable for 2-3 mins, then remove the air bag on the steering wheel.
