1995 GMC Safari alternator and electrical problms

my van alternator bearing are shot and was wondering if this could account for a few electrical problems. the electric door locks will suddenly stop working then when i turn the van on next time they work again, also wipers will not turn on then they will,but now high speed is the same speed as normal speed. also my rear defrost will not go on sometimes but will most times

problems are not related. as far as i can see 3 or 4 seperate problems
