Vehicle was running fine, turned off unexpectedly and will not turn on again, turns over fine, has spark in wires but no fuel coming up to carburator. Already checked fuel filter and all fuses. Is there a fuel pump realy or is the pump bad???

Do you hear the fuel pump come On for 2secs when key at run position? if so check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge and comeback with the readings.
