I seem to have an issue that has just appeared recently, the engine misfires on at least one cylinder and runs rough after warm up period. No lights or codes noted on the dash. I visually inspected plug wires and did not notice any cracked or arcing.

When was the last major tune-up ?

Checking wires is not enough-This problem may be due to a vacuum leak, but it can also be caused by dirty fuel injectors, a weak fuel pump (low fuel pressure) or a faulty fuel pressure regulator. It can also be caused my ignition misfire due to worn or fouled spark plugs, bad spark plug wires, or weak ignition coil.
