1986 GMC S15 no compression in all cylinders

nocompression in any cylinders after changing lifters and intake manifold gasket cant find any leaks did run before but made lots of noise from lifters so i changed then now no compression no pressure in crank case or cooling system what did i do

id you mike the camshaft lobes before you replace the lifters and also adjust the valve lash?? if all okay-check the valve timing could be off.

Also I recommend you do a cylinder leakage test-if the readings indicates minimum leakage and shows all low compression -recheck your valve timing could a notch or two off-
