Suggested Repair

Remove the small storage compartment on the left side, held by four screws, to access the round turn-signal flasher. Also check the fuse blocks under the hood and inside the cabin if the signals still do not work.

Conversation Summary

The owner of a 1989 Corsica asked where the turn-signal flasher is located. An expert suggested checking the under-hood and interior fuse blocks and looking for a small square silver relay. The owner later reported finding a round flasher behind the left-side storage compartment, which comes out after removing four screws.
