1995 pontiac grand am 120k, CAR WILL NOT START, TURNS OVER, NO POWER TO FUEL RELAY OR PUMP, AND RADIO QUIT WORKING AT SAME TIME, THINKIN IT IS A IGNITION SWITCH? IF IT IS DO I NEED SPECIAL TOOLS?

Test fuses before looking at ignition switch. If fuses are good and you have power at the fuel pump relay fuse start checking wiring.
