1995 pontiac grand am 120k ,,,CAR WILL NOT START,TURNS OVER,NO POWER TO FUEL RELAY OR PUMP,AND RADIO QUIT WORKING AT SAME TIME ,, THINKIN IT IS A IGNITION SWITCH?? IF IT IS DO I NEED SPECIAL TOOLS?

test fuses before looking at ignition switch. if fuses are good and you have power at the fuel pump relay fuse start checking wiring.
