For anyone interested, I fixed this problem myself, after talking to many others about it. And getting no ware.
Remove the front grill, thiers 4 small star screws just under the lip of the hood you have to pry the grill slightley away from the hood, its plastic so its not to difficult.2 head light frame screws. And it comes right off. Now The 2 bults right in the center of the hood release remove and your thier. The hood pops right open. Dont forget to fix the cable before closeing the hood again. Replace latch and grill and your all set. Just had to take some time away from it to think and I got it. :Roll:
