Fuse Keeps Blowing????

1997 Buick Skylark, fuse to the turn signals and brake lights keeps blowing. Took it to the shop and replaced the whole turn signal "switch" to the tune of $325.00, and it's till popping. Any body have any idea what's going on???

sounds like there could be a short in a wire.
