If my manual shift down/up indicator flashes sometimes for about 2sec or so what does that mean. It happens when i'm driving slow 40km/h or so but i don't see that the car behaves differently then before. It has automatic transmission with 80 000km on it. Is this a concern because this is my first car with automatic transmission before i only had manual. I hope my transmission is not close to its end. Thanks for the help in advance.

Some idiot at the factory put in a manual dash for an automatic. I have seen this a lot of times. the light is vacuum driven and has no affcet on anyhting. It is for standard tranny drivers that can't shift. You can do a light-ectomy or put a piece of black tape over the light so it won't bother you. TTFN
