'93 Deville showing E41 code

Code 41 showing (Cam reference, signal)....what's up with that and what's the solution. Just replaced distributor due to broken coil pick-up.

when you clear the code how long till it comes back

The CIL comes back on immediately.....at times it will go off for a brief few seconds, but comes back on quickly.

i would test the cam sensor. the wave form being sent to the ecu might be weak. this wave form is the signal the ecu detects.

honestly officer the throttle stuck wide open :lol:
