I believe i have a blown head but what do I need to look for. Is an aroura worth fixing at this point. Some say that after you have blown a head it will happen again because of the bolts in the manafold.

i'm sure you mean blown head gasket not head. if it is replaced properly and torqued correctly as well as being checked to make sure there is no warpage in the head, then it should give you trouble free service. It also depends on what engine you have not just a 6 cylinder. if the bolts are bad usually they are replaced or if the block is bad that can be fixed as well.... But you are looking at least $1000 for the repair though.
