Electrical problem
1997 Other GMC Models Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Electronic 4 whell drive selector not engaging properly, everytime I switch from 2 to 4, I blow fuse for 4 wheel drive, any help would be appreciated.

That vehicle should have an electronic actuator,or solenoid in or on the transfer case. it's more than likely bad. You could also have a bad or pinched wire.
