87 4x4 suburban won't start has spark, fuel pressure, injectors have been cleaned, truck will start if fuel is poured down the TBI and then dies. Pulled injector plugs to check voltage both plugs pulse from 0 to .02 volts. Checked all fuses all seem to be good. What am I missing?

Those injectors should be getting 12 volts from the ECM-1 fuse. If not, there is a possiblility that the ignition switch isnt feeding the fuse. Need to get a test light and see if there is power on either side of the fuse
