2001 GMC Jimmy Engine won't turn off with key

GMC Jimmy continues to run after ignition is turned off.
Lights come on by themselves intermittantly. rear hatch opens as if by phantom and radio starts playing ,( "if radio switch is left on and volume up").

Key is turned off and out of ignition.

Is there a master relay that can be pulling in or shorted causing this?
Any Ideas?

Your throttle plate might not be fully closing or your ignition switch is shorting out
