Hi:
Replacing the heater core is an involved process which requires partial removal of the dash board. I recommend you purchase a repair manual that contains step by step instructions and pictures to help identify parts.

Yep, the core on the S series is a PIA if you have never done one. It isn't a lot of fun when you have done a few.
