2000 GMC Jimmy throttle position sensor

Replaced throttle position sensor and my check engine light comes on goes off, comes on goes off

What code is in the PCM? You need to have it scanned to see where to start

Ihave had the vehicle scanned a couple of times and it comes up code 121 which I was told was the tps sensor in which I just replaced.

At minimum you will need a meter to diagnose this or a scan tool. One of the threee wires is a 5 volt reference. One of theother wires should have around.5 volts at idle and it should increase to 5 volts at full throttle. If the minumum idle (idle screw) has been adjusted ori f it is having idling issues (IAC- Idle Air Control) it can also set a TPS code
