2000 GMC Jimmy Heater blowing a/c

Everything is great with my 2000 Jimmy except for this one thing. When I turn my heater on, it is blowing a/c. The a/c is working fine but turning it over to heat i.e. defrosters and set on hot air it is blowing cold a/c.
