Hey, my car has been running sluggish, acting like it wants to stall and having no pep. I gave it a tune up, plugs, wirers, oil change, but I couldn't change the fuel filter. Still no change. I took it to Auto Zone to have it hooked up to the code reader and it came back stating the 4th cylinder is misfiring. It has a strong exhaust oder. I've been told it could be cracked plug or wire, or it could be a clogged or bad converter. what is your expert opinion? Please help!

Do a compression check on the cylinders.
