2000 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I change the head gasket on my jimmy and when i tryed to start it all the cylinders had zero compression and also has a backfire....do you think its the timing is right

Think may have over tightened rocker arms what proceedure was used?
