My GMC Jimmy has been recently making a grinding noise when I slow down. It makes this noise even when I let up on the break and allow the car to coast. It's as if I can literally hear the wheels turning and slowing down and they are grinding as they slow. This noise does not occur when I am accelerating or if I am maintaining my speed. I was told that the calipers may not be releasing the break fully and therefore it is rubbing on the discs... Any insight that you can provide would be helpful.
