1999 GMC Jimmy Ignition key stuck and shifts into 1st and s

Not sure if related. Key has been getting stuck in ignition (sometimes comes out right away, sometimes after a few minutes). Switched out ignition unit and it still does it. Now occasionally as Im driving the ABS light comes on the speedometer goes to 0 and vehicle shifts into first gear and stays (at times it will fix itself at stop light or when I turn off and turn on a few minutes later). Any suggestions? Vehicle is in good shape and has had no previous issues.

First, try spraying a lubericant in the tumbler. As far as the speedo and the transmission, have the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) tested. To me it sounds like it's bad.
