1999 GMC Jimmy Heat stay on hot all the time

The heat was blowing hot cold hot cold and you cound hear somthing in the dash turnning. Now it just blows hot air it stopped makeing the turnning noise. Something is stuck or broke. The deflector works I can change where the air blows out and change the speed of it. There must be a blend motor or something I cant find to test or replace. Thank you Dan

Could be an air mix/blend/mode doors problem binding or an actuator/vacuum problem-You need to get behind it and investigate what's up back there

I agree with you I am having a hard time finding. Do you know how or where to get at this? Is there a pic on line some place to look at it. I joind the Mitchell1.com site where you can view service manuals but it shows it as one big assembly.
