it's probably the bulb if you haven't replaced it already. make sure to not touch the bulb with your hands/fingers etc. use a napkin on the new one. don't get any made in china as they aren't any good. Get one from a reliable manufacturer, even if they aren't made in this counntry they are made to thier specs .
