I have a vortec 4.3L and when I accelerate the RPM go up but the speed wont increase very fast. also when I get going the engine will struggle and pulsate. I checked the fuel filter and air intake. The Mass flow air is new. Can you help me please?

to me that sounds like something in the drivetrain possibly trans. or rear end or could be torque converter i would have that looked at.
