1999 GMC Jimmy Brakes Stick

I have a 99 jimmy and when i touch the brakes it felt like they stuck made a funny noise and vibrated the steering wheel. It only happened once and at a slow speed about 5 mph. not sure what it is but the pads are new and the rotors got turned about a month ago.

unless it happens again a few more times i' wolnd't worry about it. It may have been a piece of rust that has broken off and got run through the system.
