Transmission problem
1998 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i need to replace the tranny in my girl friends truck which is no problem however i will have to do it at her brothers house because i am deployed to iraq right now and have no other place to do it what i need to know is are there any special tools that i would have to get or that if i didnt have it would prevent me from doing the job and also are there anythings i need to watch out for any tips would be greatly appreciated thanks

just make sure that the transmission that you replace it with has the same electrical connector where the plug in goes. there shouldn't be any special tools you need to replace it.....
