1998 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

98 gmc jimmy no tail lights when headlights come on. the break and turn siginals work fine just no tail lights or license plate light all new bulbs fuses are ok

there is a break in the brown wire from the headlight switch to the rear lights. look under drivers side rear of vehicle and look at connector underneath and check for power on the brown wire then trace it forward until you find the break in the wire. hope this helps
