1998 GMC Jimmy miss

I have changed plugs and wires distributor cap and button, checked compression on number 1 it is 115lbs, but I still have a miss on number 1 cylinder what should I do next, all other cylinders do not show a miss on snap-on computer. just number 1 cylinder. have checked wires by moving them around to differ position still on number one

while its running, pull off the wire for cyl 1... if you dont know any difference in engine performance then check that you have contact on that wire... you may need to push some wire into the boot... it may also be a fuel injector...
