Engine Performance problem
1998 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
For weeks now my tach has been jumping around like crazy, especially at start up and at times while driving. Sometimes it buries it self and wants to stall, had done complete tune up including cam and crank sensors which I was told to be the problem. Well it still acking up, what I had noticed is when I tighten up one of the vaccum hoses that come from the same area as the cam sensor(rear of dist.), it seems to settle down. Maybe a bad connection or bad wire.
