my turn signals work, the high mounted brake light works, but the tail light brake lights do not. i have replaced the bulbs and inspected the wiring as much as i could see

Then the brake light switch is good.There are seperate fuses for right and left brake light int he underhood power center. Be sure they are good.If they are ok, then you may have a wiring problem between the fuses and the lights
