Just recently my brakes are slow to work. The pedal goes down but their is a hissing sound, as soon as the brake is applied. Once the brake is applied the vehicle gradually comes to a stop but not a quick stop if needed. There is no brake fluid loss. No ABS warning lights are on. If its my master cyclinder can I just clean it out with out replacing the thing? I changed my pads about 6 months ago, is this Master Cyclinder something I can do myself. Thanks Tony in Dallas
