I HAVE A 1997 JIMMY MY PROBLEM IS I HAVE A SQUEAKING BELT WHEN I START IT UP THAT GOS AWAY WHEN I DRIVE OFF ALSO MY JIMMY DIED OUT OF THE BLUE WHEN I WENT TO START IT I MEAN NOTHING DEAD AND SOMETIMES WHILE DRIVING MY HAZZARDS AND TURNSIGNALS JUST FAIL AND WHEN IT DOES START IT SOMETIMES IT TRYS TO ACCAELARATE WHILE ITS IN PARK GEEZ MIND OF ITS OWN THESE JIMMYS HAVE LOL HELP MY JIMMYS LOST IT ANYBODY GOT AWNSWERS

have your battery checked, but before you do clean teh terminals and make sure it's charged. Also the squealing may be a bad tensioner and the belt may need replacing . If the battery isn't in good shape it effects the computerand the way the car runs.
