How do I replace the catalytic converter?

Jack up the vehicle. Remove the old one and replace with the new one. You will need an oxygen sensor wrench to remove and replace the sensor, unless you buy a new sensor as well (usually easier) I usually just use a grinder or the torch to cut off the old bolts.
