Those problems will cause the check engine light to come on, but wound shut down the engine. Before replacing parts, have the system fogged to identify where the leak is located. Otherwise, you will be looking for the leak and never find it.

Let me know what you find.

What they actually fo is connect a machine up to the EVAP system and inject a fog into it. If there is a leak, the fog will come out there and then they can identify where it is coming from. Otherwise, you need to try to find it and they are very hard to locate.
