Does A 1996 GMC jimmy have A fuel pump fuse? I know that it has A fuel pump relay, I just installed A new AC DELCO pump, and with the pump came A kit wanting me to wire in A new plug, in which I did. The kit also came with A new 20 amp fuse, it states I should remove old fuse and use the new one.

Yes it has a fuel pump fuse. Relay just turns pump on and off and the fuse is what regulates the power. A relay could pas 1 amp to 100 amps and wont blow out and stop circuit thats why you need a fuse.
