1995 GMC Jimmy What next?

I have flushed the transmission and transfer case, there was no larger visible flakes in either and the fluid appeared to still be within standard use. I have changed out all three of the Ujoints. The clanking and clicking is still going on if the transmission is switched into neutral in a forward motion. What should my next step be?

it's probably the rear end doing the clunking and clicking. if you can't live with it then get it rebuilt but it's goig ot cost a bunch.....
